I cannot login to my email address with Office 365 since 18 Aug 2016, Why?
I bought the domain name from GoDaddy direct on 8 or 9 Aug, then you allowed me to use Office 365 for 1 month free trial. I started it smoothly and send a lot of emails to my customers. But on 18 Aug 2016, I cannot open my email account. There is no email icon in my Office 365 after I log in. I only have Security, Store & Admin. I am very sad and depressed. Are you telling me to quit and go sign up with Gmail. GoDaddy, I think you are the person who should solve my current problem because office 365 says I do not have a license under billing and License therefore I cannot access to email and exchange.

Your Office 365 account was locked out due to an issue with Microsoft’s systems. We are working with Microsoft to resolve these issues as many other customers have been impacted by this issue. We were able to re-open your email account so you should be able to access your email again. Please let us know if you are still unable to access your email.
