How can we improve your experience with Office 365?

Let me actually CREATE the email instead of giving me the run-around BS I'm currently getting.

Not so much an idea as a complaint - the system keeps telling me that it can't finish setting up because it doesn't have my country, city, state and zip, over and over and over.

Kevin – apologies for the confusion on this. The reason why you were unable to setup your Office 365 email account was that your first and last name along with the address was missing on your account. You needed to update this first before you could set up your account. I updated those fields and you should be able to proceed. Please call us if you have any questions with this.
