Having the Ability to setup demo sites with WordPress and Website Builder would be nice, if the client commits to it then we can purchase the appropriate package and stick the site on it, if they don't like it we did not have to purchase a service and have to cancel it and buy something else, we are only out our time, put a 2 week shelf on the temporary url life on it so it cannot be taken advantage of to host a site full time16 votes

I tried adding a website and it isnt adding it. Does the website I am trying to monitor need to be on the 'approved client list' if so there should be a better explanation.2 votes
Hi Jesse. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. You should be able to monitor any domain (no restrictions). If you log in to GoDaddy Pro, you can get in touch with a Pro support rep who can help you get this resolved.
It would be nice to be able to see shopping lists/messages you've sent to a client after sending it. Also editing the shopping list for them would be nice, as a few clients have asked me to.1 vote

All my clients give me their usernames and passwords... so there should be an option that if we have that information, to enter it, and thus give quicker access. As it's built now, I have to wait for my client to give me access via the system... which can be a problem with some clients, who are slow to react and answer these type of emails. So it would be nice to have 3 options:
1) Request access
2) If you have login credentials, Enter client username/ pw

You need to give us the ability to send "suggested" products to clients who do not yet have hosting and are not on GoDaddy. All I see is the ability to ask for access to their accounts but not where we can add them and send info about GoDaddy accounts.1 vote
Hi there. You actually can send recommended products to a client that is not on GoDaddy yet. Once you add the client, there will be an “Add Products” button on the client page. Does that solve your problem?

Hi there. GoDaddy Pro is a tool that allows you to manage your clients and their products (domains, hosting, etc). There are other features like site monitoring as well. Were you unable to discover this through the product? Is there anything we can do to improve how we communicate this?
I recently added a new customer to the Pro platform and noticed that the email packages were not setup. So I went ahead and set them up. Surprised to find out that the Options button is restricted to me even though I have manage/purchase options.
Isn't this what I am supposed to be able to do as a Pro? Setup and configure for my customer so they don't hav e to?8 votes
It would be great if a client also could sign off on giving the pro user access to their server environment, so in the event that a server is in need of attention, maybe restarting apache would be nice, access to top or htop so we can see what processes are slowing it down, ability to kill tasks etc.4 votes

Hi there. You can archive (hide) clients by visiting the clients profile page in GoDaddy Pro, clicking the pencil icon, then clicking the “Archive” link. Is this what you are looking to do?
Is this going to be part of the new dashboard for VPS or dedicated servers? Is it just for reseller accounts? Some clarity here would be nice, I haven't found any info on it's specifics yet.
I would suggest making this part of the VPS/Dedicated dashboard for the VPS owner if it's not already being considered. But please, don't make it a whole separate service that you have to navigate to away from your actual server dashboard, to a separate dashboard, this is very annoying and cumbersome.4 votes

When messing around on my own account, I saw that you couldn't see the different card numbers to purchase on, which could be confusing to someone who has multiple visa cards in their account4 votes
GoDaddy has grandfathered weak passwords, mine included. Now with access to client accounts I updated to a much stronger password. Would suggest stronger passwords for Pro accounts.2 votes
