All my clients give me their usernames and passwords... so there should be an option that if we have that information, to enter it, and thus give quicker access. As it's built now, I have to wait for my client to give me access via the system... which can be a problem with some clients, who are slow to react and answer these type of emails. So it would be nice to have 3 options:
1) Request access
2) If you have login credentials, Enter client username/ pw

Would it be possible to add the use of Customer Number to add a new client to a godaddy pro account. Since I have multiple accounts with the same email address.25 votes

Transfer domain names from other providers to GoDaddy on behalf of the client. Some clients don't have the time or the understanding to go though that hassle. This tool/interface would be about making everyone's life easier.
This would certainly make our and our clients lives a little more simpler.

Having the Ability to setup demo sites with WordPress and Website Builder would be nice, if the client commits to it then we can purchase the appropriate package and stick the site on it, if they don't like it we did not have to purchase a service and have to cancel it and buy something else, we are only out our time, put a 2 week shelf on the temporary url life on it so it cannot be taken advantage of to host a site full time16 votes

I tried to invite myself as a client using my 3 letter account. I received the invitation email and the confirmation email after I accepted. The client account is listed as Access Requested. I am unable to get beyond that point.12 votes

But when I hit WordPress as the only option for design, that was a road block. I was hoping there would be other design tool options, such as GoDaddy's Website Builder. I had hoped to introduce a new client to it as she like the ease of setting up an account and having me manage the design, she balked at the thought of using WordPress for CM. I've demonstrated Website Builder to her and she loves it.10 votes
We're noticing that the Pro Member points rarely get added whenever a purchase has been made ,on behalf of the client, from within the Pro Dashboard (our balance is probably 3k to 4k short). Is there maybe a way for you guys to better track purchases made thru the Pro Dashboard?9 votes

I need a fast and efficient customer service which I can reach on a single phone call or email. I have been waiting for about 1 hour on the line with no luck. I wouldn't mind paying more for a much better customer service...8 votes
I recently added a new customer to the Pro platform and noticed that the email packages were not setup. So I went ahead and set them up. Surprised to find out that the Options button is restricted to me even though I have manage/purchase options.
Isn't this what I am supposed to be able to do as a Pro? Setup and configure for my customer so they don't hav e to?8 votes
Submitting a Pro support ticket gets an automated "we'll respond within 72 hours" message ?!? Really? This is "Pro" and you quote three days to respond? I'm better off holding on the phone for three hours than waiting three days.
I know that's a "canned" response, and maybe considering "worst-case" response time, but it sure doesn't give a "Pro" message.8 votes
Agreed. We’re working on a bunch of changes with support and with Hosting and Pro support specifically. This quarter you’ll see the beginning of the full support system relaunch so you can submit a ticket and then (in response to your other suggestion) you’ll be able to log in and see your existing tickets.
I have sent your autoresponder specific feedback up the the leaders of this program and we’ll see what we can do to get it address.

One of my clients has unlimited business email through you guys. I currently manage their emails for them as well. It'd be great if either "manage products" included emails, or if there was an option for "web products" and "all products".7 votes

I think with GoDaddy Pro we should expand on the idea of reselling. It would be a win win as godaddy would get more business and small starting designers could get the little extra that they need to get started.7 votes
