Transferring Domains on behalf of the Clients
Transfer domain names from other providers to GoDaddy on behalf of the client. Some clients don't have the time or the understanding to go though that hassle. This tool/interface would be about making everyone's life easier.
This would certainly make our and our clients lives a little more simpler.
Let me know if youre already implementing this.

It would be nice to be able to delete a client, in addition to archiving.
I mistakenly enter the client twice, and when I tried to delete one of them, I found out that there was not an option to do that.

Add a staging area for wp and wsb
Having the Ability to setup demo sites with WordPress and Website Builder would be nice, if the client commits to it then we can purchase the appropriate package and stick the site on it, if they don't like it we did not have to purchase a service and have to cancel it and buy something else, we are only out our time, put a 2 week shelf on the temporary url life on it so it cannot be taken advantage of to host a site full time

Trying to invite myself as a client
I tried to invite myself as a client using my 3 letter account. I received the invitation email and the confirmation email after I accepted. The client account is listed as Access Requested. I am unable to get beyond that point.

Manage A Domain For Client
When clicking on the Manage link next to the Domain you wish to manage for a client, under the products tab, page loops to dashboard.

I recently added a new customer to the Pro platform and noticed that the email packages were not setup. So I went ahead and set them up. Surprised to find out that the Options button is restricted to me even though I have manage/purchase options.
Isn't this what I am supposed to be able to do as a Pro? Setup and configure for my customer so they don't hav e to?

Access to emails
One of my clients has unlimited business email through you guys. I currently manage their emails for them as well. It'd be great if either "manage products" included emails, or if there was an option for "web products" and "all products".

Notification list of soon-expiring products
Similar to the page that shows monitoring details per site (uptime, response time, etc.), I'd love to have a page showing me clients who have products expiring in the next xx months (whatever number would be reasonable for xx).
One of the most common reasons I see for sites to be down is that someone did not pay their hosting or domain registration bills. If I could see a list tipping me off to items that will soon expire for clients (without having to log into their account), I could send them a reminder.

Generic Client Name
Hey there,
I do sites for organizations so it would be cool to have a generic name field thats only one box as opposed to First name, Last name.That way when I have ACME Company I can just add that.

Naming Clients
When adding clients all there is to add is first name, last name & email. Cool. but most of my clients already have a company and may have one or two employees that I speak with. Can Company names be added? and allow it to be first information or 2nd information.

Payment Management
The brief synopsis of the Pro features mentioned being able to bill clients using payment methods setup on either my account or on my clients account, or just being able to send the shopping cart to them directly to purchase.
Well, I can't seem to find out how to do anything except pay for the cart contents using the clients' payment method. But lets assume this works for a moment and I do in fact see my configured payment methods in addition to my client's.

Transferring ownership of Domains and Hosting to someone else
You should use this forum/platform to also be able to actually transfer ownership of Domains/ Hosting without having to re-create everything. This is very confusing.

Card Details
When messing around on my own account, I saw that you couldn't see the different card numbers to purchase on, which could be confusing to someone who has multiple visa cards in their account

Manage WP should be able to update plugins that are required for cetain themes
Right now ManageWP updates the themes, but if there are required plugins that are needed to be updated after the theme is updated, ManageWP doesn't recognize that. Then I'm still forced to go into each site individually and update the required plugins.

Collaborate with Other Developers
Add the ability to add multiple developers to a Pro account but only allow access to specific clients. It makes collaboration much easier.

Re-Occurring Monthly Billing
It would be great to have something so that you could set up a
re-occurring billing to charge clients for monthly site maintenance.Maybe under a product you send to them? or a separate section altogether Instead of having to use a 3rd party service.

Re-do the Manage button
The manage button for a client goes right to the WP dashboard, but if you have a staging site, that is very inconvenient!

Auto-reminder for open shopping carts
We have a good deal of clients who forget to complete checkout. We send them email reminders and then have to resend the email from GoDaddy. It would be great if the system would auto remind them until we changed or updated the cart so we didn't have to continuously follow-up with reminders and then send the email ourselves again.
