  1. Quick access to client account

    All my clients give me their usernames and passwords... so there should be an option that if we have that information, to enter it, and thus give quicker access. As it's built now, I have to wait for my client to give me access via the system... which can be a problem with some clients, who are slow to react and answer these type of emails. So it would be nice to have 3 options:
    1) Request access
    2) If you have login credentials, Enter client username/ pw
    3) Add products

  2. Use of Customer Number Godaddy pro

    Hey,
    Would it be possible to add the use of Customer Number to add a new client to a godaddy pro account. Since I have multiple accounts with the same email address.

  3. Transferring Domains on behalf of the Clients

    Transfer domain names from other providers to GoDaddy on behalf of the client. Some clients don't have the time or the understanding to go though that hassle. This tool/interface would be about making everyone's life easier.

    This would certainly make our and our clients lives a little more simpler.

    Let me know if youre already implementing this.

  4. Add a staging area for wp and wsb

    Having the Ability to setup demo sites with WordPress and Website Builder would be nice, if the client commits to it then we can purchase the appropriate package and stick the site on it, if they don't like it we did not have to purchase a service and have to cancel it and buy something else, we are only out our time, put a 2 week shelf on the temporary url life on it so it cannot be taken advantage of to host a site full time

    Thanks for the feedback about adding the ability to stage sites while your client makes a decision to move forward. I’ll bring this back to the team.

  5. It would be nice to be able to delete a client, in addition to archiving.

    I mistakenly enter the client twice, and when I tried to delete one of them, I found out that there was not an option to do that.

  6. Trying to invite myself as a client

    I tried to invite myself as a client using my 3 letter account. I received the invitation email and the confirmation email after I accepted. The client account is listed as Access Requested. I am unable to get beyond that point.

  7. Pro Ticket response

    Submitting a Pro support ticket gets an automated "we'll respond within 72 hours" message ?!? Really? This is "Pro" and you quote three days to respond? I'm better off holding on the phone for three hours than waiting three days.

    I know that's a "canned" response, and maybe considering "worst-case" response time, but it sure doesn't give a "Pro" message.

    Howdy,

    Agreed. We’re working on a bunch of changes with support and with Hosting and Pro support specifically. This quarter you’ll see the beginning of the full support system relaunch so you can submit a ticket and then (in response to your other suggestion) you’ll be able to log in and see your existing tickets.

    I have sent your autoresponder specific feedback up the the leaders of this program and we’ll see what we can do to get it address.

  8. access to email forwarding or email inboxes

    I recently added a new customer to the Pro platform and noticed that the email packages were not setup. So I went ahead and set them up. Surprised to find out that the Options button is restricted to me even though I have manage/purchase options.

    Isn't this what I am supposed to be able to do as a Pro? Setup and configure for my customer so they don't hav e to?

  9. Access to emails

    One of my clients has unlimited business email through you guys. I currently manage their emails for them as well. It'd be great if either "manage products" included emails, or if there was an option for "web products" and "all products".

  10. Notification list of soon-expiring products

    Similar to the page that shows monitoring details per site (uptime, response time, etc.), I'd love to have a page showing me clients who have products expiring in the next xx months (whatever number would be reasonable for xx).

    One of the most common reasons I see for sites to be down is that someone did not pay their hosting or domain registration bills. If I could see a list tipping me off to items that will soon expire for clients (without having to log into their account), I could send them a reminder.

    A fabulous enhancement would also be…

  11. add a feature for customers to create an online account!

    I think it would be great if my VIP customers had the ability to create an online account through my store to manage their orders, etc.

    Currently limited to 10, I have way more clients and it would be nice to monitor all of them.

  13. Godaddy Pro Resellers Idea

    I think with GoDaddy Pro we should expand on the idea of reselling. It would be a win win as godaddy would get more business and small starting designers could get the little extra that they need to get started.

  14. great ideal but wouldn't pay for it

    I think the design and the ideal is great but there's a lack of features I wouldn't pay for this monthly if it was more then $2.

  15. Payment Management

    The brief synopsis of the Pro features mentioned being able to bill clients using payment methods setup on either my account or on my clients account, or just being able to send the shopping cart to them directly to purchase.

    Well, I can't seem to find out how to do anything except pay for the cart contents using the clients' payment method. But lets assume this works for a moment and I do in fact see my configured payment methods in addition to my client's.

    Hi David. Thanks for the feedback. Definitely hear your feedback about wanting to see which payment method you are using (or even add or select a different). Our team is actively looking at improving this experience.

  16. Possible need for rewording on confirmation message?

    So I'm adding lots of clients to the Pro dashboard, it's working just fine. But I keep meaning to ask about this... at the point where I have received the email from the client and clicked "accept access" then when it gets to my account, the message is:

    You are about to give access to your account (Lisa Stambaugh — 7xxxxxxxxx) If this is not your account...

    (I took out my account number).

    Hi Lisa – thanks for the feedback. can you help me understand your workflow here? are you requesting access to your client’s account via GoDaddy Pro and then using your client’s Username and Password to accept the request?

  17. How is Pro Integrating?

    Is this going to be part of the new dashboard for VPS or dedicated servers? Is it just for reseller accounts? Some clarity here would be nice, I haven't found any info on it's specifics yet.

    I would suggest making this part of the VPS/Dedicated dashboard for the VPS owner if it's not already being considered. But please, don't make it a whole separate service that you have to navigate to away from your actual server dashboard, to a separate dashboard, this is very annoying and cumbersome.

  18. Add Server Tasks

    It would be great if a client also could sign off on giving the pro user access to their server environment, so in the event that a server is in need of attention, maybe restarting apache would be nice, access to top or htop so we can see what processes are slowing it down, ability to kill tasks etc.

  19. Card Details

    When messing around on my own account, I saw that you couldn't see the different card numbers to purchase on, which could be confusing to someone who has multiple visa cards in their account

  20. fonts and colors

    I would like to be able to use any font for my store or site and not just a choice of a few. Also color manipulation would be cool for backgrounds, like patterns or fades.
