Support for HTTPS connections through CURL/fsockopen using TLS 1.2 (WordPress Hosting)
For WordPress Hosting, please add support for HTTPS connections through CURL/fsockopen using TLS 1.2 or newer certificates.
When using WooCommerce with PayPal standard, this is required for WooCommerce to be able to recognize that payment was received. Otherwise the status will always read "pending payment," even when the payment was successful.

This is currently supported on cPanel hosting, but not WordPress hosting.
Thanks for considering.

Hi Matthew. Thanks for getting back to me on this.
Upon further review, WooCommerce's system status does appear to show that fsockopen/cURL is supported. But I'm still having an issue of all WooCommerce transactions displaying a status of "pending payment."
There could be another issue as to why this is happening, but I thought it was due to the above issue with cURL/fsockopen.

For future reference, one of your live chat agents told me that it was NOT supported on managed WordPress, and only supported on cPanel hosting. You might want to check-in there so your agents have all the correct info.
Thanks.
