Quick access to client account
All my clients give me their usernames and passwords... so there should be an option that if we have that information, to enter it, and thus give quicker access. As it's built now, I have to wait for my client to give me access via the system... which can be a problem with some clients, who are slow to react and answer these type of emails. So it would be nice to have 3 options:
1) Request access
2) If you have login credentials, Enter client username/ pw
3) Add products

Cool idea. Will share this with the team and see if there’s anything we can do.

Agree with the others, who say they don't want to ask clients to request the access. I took a bit of a different approach -- since I do have their account logins, I log in as them, give myself the access, then acknowledge at my end. I do send each one an email first telling them what I'm doing (and why), and that they will get an acknowledge email but don't have to take action on it.
So Mark's suggestion makes sense to me. If I already have their login info and pin, it would be great if I could do it "invisibly" and not even bother clients with the FYI email.

Agree. Also if i call customer service regarding one of my clients account, they ask pin #. I have to log out, and log-in to see their pin#. Would be nice to see the pin# if we can provide username and pass

Agreed! I already have a client's login details, but as it stands I've got to email them to explain this new kind of access, send the email, and wait for them to give access. As it stands it's easier just to stick with using an existing login.
