  1. Updating plugins, etc for all in 1 place.

    I would be nice to have 1 place to update WP plugins and other updates. I use WPRemote, and that's up for sale too I think. GoDaddy Pro should definitely have something where we can update sites from 1 place vs logging into each other to do so.

  2. More Client Cart Features

    I'd like to see a way to add coupons for clients. As well as ability to add more products to the clients cart, such as SEO.

    Thanks for the feedback! We aim to get your clients the best price possible by applying the discount you get as a part of being in the program. Were there specific promotions you’re trying to apply?

    Are there other products you’re hoping to add besides the SEO product?

  3. Transferring Domains on behalf of the Clients

    Transfer domain names from other providers to GoDaddy on behalf of the client. Some clients don't have the time or the understanding to go though that hassle. This tool/interface would be about making everyone's life easier.

    This would certainly make our and our clients lives a little more simpler.

    Let me know if youre already implementing this.

  4. "New" Label for Clients

    I think the "new" tag stays on recently added clients way too long. Maybe a couple days or a week would be great. But I've had clients for over a month that still says "new" next to it.

  6. Failure or success of your settings update

    The confirmation for the save settings shows up at the top of the page. If i'm scrolled down I cannot see the result of my clicking the save button. This information about the result of my update should show next to the action button.

  7. Payment Management

    The brief synopsis of the Pro features mentioned being able to bill clients using payment methods setup on either my account or on my clients account, or just being able to send the shopping cart to them directly to purchase.

    Well, I can't seem to find out how to do anything except pay for the cart contents using the clients' payment method. But lets assume this works for a moment and I do in fact see my configured payment methods in addition to my client's.

    Hi David. Thanks for the feedback. Definitely hear your feedback about wanting to see which payment method you are using (or even add or select a different). Our team is actively looking at improving this experience.

  8. Keep "Assign products" link and other issues.

    After sending a shopping cart to a client I have ran into issues. The client doesn't want to set up a GoDaddy account and wanted me to buy and manage all parts of the process. However once the cart has been sent to a client the "Assign products you've bought for your client" link is removed. All you can do under the client profile is "RE-SEND ACCESS REQUEST". The client can't "DECLINE" the cart and I can't "CANCEL" the request. After some time in a live chat I was told the only way around this is to get the client…

  9. Re-do the Manage button

    The manage button for a client goes right to the WP dashboard, but if you have a staging site, that is very inconvenient!

  11. Notification list of soon-expiring products

    Similar to the page that shows monitoring details per site (uptime, response time, etc.), I'd love to have a page showing me clients who have products expiring in the next xx months (whatever number would be reasonable for xx).

    One of the most common reasons I see for sites to be down is that someone did not pay their hosting or domain registration bills. If I could see a list tipping me off to items that will soon expire for clients (without having to log into their account), I could send them a reminder.

  12. Godaddy Pro Resellers Idea

    I think with GoDaddy Pro we should expand on the idea of reselling. It would be a win win as godaddy would get more business and small starting designers could get the little extra that they need to get started.

  15. Possible need for rewording on confirmation message?

    So I'm adding lots of clients to the Pro dashboard, it's working just fine. But I keep meaning to ask about this... at the point where I have received the email from the client and clicked "accept access" then when it gets to my account, the message is:

    You are about to give access to your account (Lisa Stambaugh — 7xxxxxxxxx) If this is not your account...

    Hi Lisa – thanks for the feedback. can you help me understand your workflow here? are you requesting access to your client’s account via GoDaddy Pro and then using your client’s Username and Password to accept the request?

  16. Editing Client Names

    We updated the names of some clients, but it doesn't seem to carry through from screen to screen. Occasionally the old name appears instead. You may want to ensure consistency in the name of a client in the dashboard.

  18. great ideal but wouldn't pay for it

    I think the design and the ideal is great but there's a lack of features I wouldn't pay for this monthly if it was more then $2.

  19. It would be nice to be able to delete a client, in addition to archiving.

    I mistakenly enter the client twice, and when I tried to delete one of them, I found out that there was not an option to do that.

  20. Save a Cart

    It looks like right now I can make a purchase or send a cart to a client. What if I need to stop and check additional details before doing either. Can I save a cart and come back?
