When adding clients all there is to add is first name, last name & email. Cool. but most of my clients already have a company and may have one or two employees that I speak with. Can Company names be added? and allow it to be first information or 2nd information.5 votes

I do sites for organizations so it would be cool to have a generic name field thats only one box as opposed to First name, Last name.

I recently added a new customer to the Pro platform and noticed that the email packages were not setup. So I went ahead and set them up. Surprised to find out that the Options button is restricted to me even though I have manage/purchase options.
Isn't this what I am supposed to be able to do as a Pro? Setup and configure for my customer so they don't hav e to?8 votes
I tried to invite myself as a client using my 3 letter account. I received the invitation email and the confirmation email after I accepted. The client account is listed as Access Requested. I am unable to get beyond that point.11 votes

It would be great if a client also could sign off on giving the pro user access to their server environment, so in the event that a server is in need of attention, maybe restarting apache would be nice, access to top or htop so we can see what processes are slowing it down, ability to kill tasks etc.4 votes

One of my clients has unlimited business email through you guys. I currently manage their emails for them as well. It'd be great if either "manage products" included emails, or if there was an option for "web products" and "all products".7 votes
I received an email last night telling me that one of the client sites I was monitoring was down for 10 minutes. Logging into the dashboard this morning it was still reporting it as down... for almost 10 hours. However, before I had logged in to GoDaddy Pro I checked the site and it was up and running. Is there a way we can make this report to the dashboard faster so that I'm not logging in, navigating to the site monitoring tab for that client and still not getting an update on the page? Maybe a refresh option in the options icon. Please note, it wasn't until I deleted the site monitoring and then re-added it that I was notified by email that the site was up and running again and status in the site monitoring tab was also updated at this point.

Thanks for the suggestion. The team is working on tweaking the site monitoring settings so it’s more responsive and produces fewer false positives.
There is no way to delete a client..

Hi there. You can archive (hide) clients by visiting the clients profile page in GoDaddy Pro, clicking the pencil icon, then clicking the “Archive” link. Is this what you are looking to do?
Is this going to be part of the new dashboard for VPS or dedicated servers? Is it just for reseller accounts? Some clarity here would be nice, I haven't found any info on it's specifics yet.
I would suggest making this part of the VPS/Dedicated dashboard for the VPS owner if it's not already being considered. But please, don't make it a whole separate service that you have to navigate to away from your actual server dashboard, to a separate dashboard, this is very annoying and cumbersome.4 votes

Would be nice to see a list of each separate domains that has Web Builder attached to it. For example, I have a client with 28 domains and only Web Builder used on one of them. The purpose of the shortcut would be so I could easily find the domain name and click to launch into EDIT mode for the website. Would save me a lot of hunting and scrolling. I plan to add three other clients which also own multiple domains and have only one tied to Web Builder. Again, quick overview of sites using that tool would be awesome.

When messing around on my own account, I saw that you couldn't see the different card numbers to purchase on, which could be confusing to someone who has multiple visa cards in their account4 votes
My idea is to add onto the feature of added company. I'd like to sort by and only see company or sort by and only see owner names. and be able to set that as a default when I go to my dashboard or client list.1 vote

In the recent activity if your name ends with an s it should only add an ' not a full 's.2 votes

I am just trying this logging in from iphone 5. Seems like the client view should show the "monitoring" tab up front, not "add products". If you want to show add products the first time that's great, but it's not sonething I'm going to do very often. Also, the page view doesn't fit nicely on iphone5, Safari browser. Are you planning to add an app for this service? That would be nice to get push alerts if theres a provlem with one of my client sites.1 vote

GoDaddy has grandfathered weak passwords, mine included. Now with access to client accounts I updated to a much stronger password. Would suggest stronger passwords for Pro accounts.2 votes
