FTP w/ Domain
The FTP should use the primary domain. godaddywp.com looks very unprofessional.

Good suggestion. This is supported. For example, if you have a domain mapped (set as the primary domain), you can use that as the hostname instead of the default/temporary domain (godaddywp.com) in SFTP tools like Toolzilla.
We’ll get this on the backlog after some additional testing to also automatically update the SFTP credentials in the Hosting interface.
